1 – Personalized Consultations

It all starts with a one-on-one nutritional consultation to better understand your eating habits.
With your help, your Next Gen Fitness coach will prepare a nutrition plan that gives you the flexibility necessary to make lifestyle changes. Your coach will also keep track of your monthly progress and offer expert advice that will help you to make better food choices. After all, the key to lowering and maintaining your weight is to follow a balanced nutrition plan.

2 – Group Meetings

With the assistance of an expert who has reviewed all our lesson plans, our kids  discuss positive thinking, body image, self-esteem, anti-bullying strategies, dealing with stress, goal setting, problem solving, nutrition/Fitness, and much more – Over 200 pre-planned discussions . All our group classes are designed to help you stay motivated and on track to reaching your goals. And you will make new friends and get encouragement from teens just like you. It is all about empowering our Next Gen Fitness Family and kids with the tools they need to be successful!

3 – Exercise Classes

An active lifestyle is a key factor in staying healthy! Our exercise classes are designed to help you get in shape no matter what your current level of activity is. All our Lean Teen classes are an hour long and include 30 minutes of exercise as well as 30 minutes of group support to help you stay physically and mentally in shape. By combining short bursts of cardio with recovery periods, our Lean Teens get a great workout.  We work the Mind and the Body – 30 minutes each.
