2 – Consistency – 2 times a week minimum at Lean teen and recommended 3-4 times a week

3 – Communication between coaches and kids, Lean teen managers and parents. Setting goals and objectives with each and every member

Next Gen Fitness – Home of the Lean Teen program has had great success for kids 6-18 – There are many pictures of our members who have made healthy changes to everyday lifestyle. Small changes in meals and working out – fitness have done the trick. Our kids are having fun while changing eating habits and working out

NEW CLASS – Saturday – Olympic Lifting – 10 Week Foundation Class on Saturday’s at 12pm.
