9-12 pm – Kids & Adults

NEW CLASS – Saturday – Olympic Lifting – 10 Week Foundation Class on Saturday’s at 12pm.
NEW Members welcome / Existing members MUST register

POSITIVE RESULTS for BMI and Weight Loss at the Next gen Fitness – Lean Teen Program

A recent download of all the data in the BMI Tanita Scale – has proven the success of the Lean Teen Program.  There are several data elements that are available to validate our continued results to the building of healthy habits.

In the last 3 years – the data (over 300 members) has proven that we have success with 74% having a good result on the BMI % measurement and a 63 % having a good result on the weight measurement.    These are EXCELLENT results.. ALMOST 75 % of the kids that come in are doing better when they are completed at the Lean teen Program.
